Facebook to Introduce a New Set of Reactions to Posts

Soon you won’t have to “like” someone’s tragic event.

Social media giant Facebook just announced a new initiative to add more reactions to users’ posts. Originally confined to just “Like,” your comments will soon be able to express more feelings, such as “Love,” “Haha,” “Yay,” “Wow,” “Sad,” and “Angry” with their respective emojis attached as well. Currently the new campaign will be tested in two “closed testing” markets only — Spain and Ireland — before reaching out to other international markets for global testing later on. These new reactions however will apparently not coincide with the rumored “dislike” button reported upon earlier last month.
