adidas Welcomes James Harden with a Truckload of Sneakers
No more Nikes for Harden.

Professional athletes don’t pick up new kicks one pair at a time; they get truckloads directly from their sponsors. That’s the case for James Harden at least as adidas officially welcomed its $200 million-dollar-man today (his contract started October 1). With a signature silhouette and line still in development, the Three Stripes rolled deep with some of its most iconic silhouettes, hooking Harden up with Superstars, Stan Smiths and more so he can clear out his Swoosh-emblazoned cache.
The Houston Rockets star locked up a long-term deal with adidas back in August that will essentially make him the brand’s flagship basketball signee for the foreseeable future.
