It’s simple in its approach to its specialized cuisine, attempting to retain its authenticity and traditional values, all the while adding a modern spin on how it’s presented. The attention to detail in these delectable tacos is incredible, from the handmade, locally ground corn tortillas, to the slow cooked meats which can take anywhere between 24 to 36 hours to prepare.
