DeJ Loaf has unveiled a new collaboration with Future, “Hey There.” The slow-burning, melodic effort serves as the first song released in support of DeJ Loaf’s newly-announced EP, And See That’s The Thing. DeJ Loaf announced her latest project earlier in the week, taking to social media and XXL to unveil its cover art and the details of the release. And See That’s The Thing will also feature another high-profile collaborative track, “Back Up” featuring Big Sean. You can check out DeJ Loaf’s new song with Future below, as well as a statement on the EP’s cover art from the Detroit rapper herself.

“I wanted the cover art for #AndSeeThatsTheThing to be a self photo that needed no explanation … I wanted the people to understand everything in one photo and kind of be like ‘exactly, I get it’ because the title itself to me, means there’s no going around this. This is it, I’m here to stay. Different Flavors, different style. Anything I wanna do I can do it.”
