To persistently display his Lil Wayne fandom, he tried to title his last mixtape Carter 6, and is now attempting to name his upcoming mixtape Tha Carter V. Recently, Thugger took things to yet another level; he took to Instagram to show followers his latest tattoo — an ice cream cone on his face nearly identical to that of Gucci Mane‘s.
