Orange Is The New Black star Lea DeLaria performed and impromptu duet with Conan O’Brien last night and completely slayed. Last night the OITNB star was visiting the Conan show to promote the third season of the Netflix series, which launched last Friday, June 12. During the interview Conan asked her about her album entitled, House of David, a compilation of Lea’s covers of David Bowie songs.

“I am a jazz singer. I’ve got five records out on the Warner Jazz label – that’s the kind of music I do. So what we’re doing is jazz versions of David Bowie tunes, 12 of them. I love David Bowie, I’m a huge David Bowie fan.”

Expectedly, immediately following, in response to him requesting her to sing a little something, she obliges contingent on Conan singing a bassline. And it was surprisingly successful. Check the clip above.
