On the Kanye West verse of Vic Mensa’s, “U Mad,” ‘Ye literally says, “There go another lawsuit, in court so much I should’ve gone to law school.” And now, him and his wife, Kim Kardashian have been given the green light by a California appeals court to sue YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley. Apparently, Hurley seized what he thought was a great opportunity to capitalize on for his venture, MixBit and shared footage of Kanye proposing to Kim at Giants Stadium. In doing so, he violated a confidentiality agreement he signed before attending the event. Hurley is claiming that MixBit was not covered in the agreement but according to AP reports, the Kardashian-West lawyers pointed out “a jury may reasonably infer fraudulent intent” because of the significant publicity Hurley’s rather unsuccessful venture received from posting the video hours after attending the event.
