Samsung Gear S
Samsung‘s latest entry to the wearable technology craze comes in the form of a smartwatch dubbed the Gear S. Although it won’t replace your smartphone, Gear S features an improved connectivity that will forward messages and directions to your wrist even when your device is miles away resting on the bedroom dresser. Running the Tizen OS with over 1,000 apps currently available, this timepiece can do pretty much everything your phone can do, albeit writing long emails may be a bit tedious. While its guts are powered by a 1.0GHz processor that moves surprisingly fast, even for a smartphone, everything is seen through its large 2-inch curved Super AMOLED display that contours comfortably to its user’s wrists. Samsung’s Gear S will begin retailing in Korea this October.
