B.o.B – New Black

B.o.B is the latest artist that pays homage to the unfortunate killing of 18-year old teenager Mike Brown that has shocked the country. Titled “New Black,” the song finds the Atlanta native gives an explanation of what it means to be African American in 2014 while also commenting on the double standard between black-on-black crimes next to police brutality.
