Behind the Scenes of Converse's CONS Weapon Shoot in Lisbon

Having already reinforced its skate team with a slew of productive, young talent over the course of the year, Converse’s CONS division taps a skate photography icon to usher in its latest, greatest footwear offering. The brand recruited Fred Mortagne – known in many circles as French Fred – to shoot its rugged high-top Weapon silhouette in the equitably untamed urban landscape of Lisbon, Portugal. CONS‘ threw ambassadors Jerome Campbell, Javier Mendizabal, and Remy Taviera into the Portuguese capital to shred the city’s rustic spots, excavating its abandoned gems alongside artists Ilk, AKA Corleone and Sam Taylor.
