Here is an exclusive look at the concept behind Christopher Raeburn‘s 2015 spring/summer REMADE collection, presented in a 3D animated short directed by Thomas Traum. Known for using ‘four R’s’ – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Ræburn – the label stays true its ethical integrity, drawing inspiration from the Desert Boneyard in Arizona, an aviation graveyard where over 4,000 aircrafts are stored before being scrapped or reappropriated. The film short depicts the Boneyard, showing obsolete aircrafts sitting stationary in the desert; gusts of wind eventually blow the covers off the planes, which then transform into a catwalk look from the 2015 spring/summer Christopher Raeburn show at London Collections: Men, but on a CGI model. Enjoy the film and stay tuned for the collection, which will be available at select retailers and the brand’s online store next year.
