Daniel Arsham "The Future Is Always Now" @ Galerie Perrotin Paris

Known for his unique approach to weathering items in such a way that they look like recently unearthed artifacts, American artist Daniel Arsham recently unveiled his latest work at the Galerie Perrotin in Paris. Titled “The Future Is Always Now,” the exhibit features a particular focus on musical instruments and related items, using materials like glacial rock dust, ground volcanic glass, hydrostone, rose quartz and steel to craft antiqued copies of microphones, guitars, keyboards, and even a Sony Walkman.

For those in the area, check out the exhibit now until July 26. To see more images of the exhibit head here.
