Following the release of Y-3‘s “Superheroes” video campaign, we now get treated to the campaign images. Building off the cohesion between good and evil, Yohji Yamamoto explores such dichotomies via the use of contrasting hues and textiles on sweatpants, zip-up tracktops and bomber jackets, while large coats and blazers offer a refined sensibility elsewhere. Delivering sharp silhouettes that are both functional and fashion-forward, the Japanese designer presents another avant-garde collection for the months ahead. Look for the 2014 fall/winter line to drop via Y-3 retailers in later months.
