Uniform Wares 2014 Watch Collection

Helmed by designers Oliver Fowles and Patrick Bek, Uniform Wares is a British label that has mastered the art of crafting functional, minimalist timepieces. The brand’s unique combination of materials, textures and a less-is-more approach has resulted in some stellar wristwatches and it’s latest collection is no exception to the rule. The World War II-inspired 250 Series Wristwatch, for instance, features a matte Italian leather strap and clean, easy-to-read face, along with a mineral crystal lens and precision Swiss-made quartz movement for a design that’s both functional and elegant. The 104 Series, meanwhile, was influenced by the straightforward design and utilitarian functionality of mid-century British factory wall clocks, and combines a PVD grey case, rubber strap, matte grey dial and high-calibre, Swiss-made Ronda 5-jewel movement for a watch that is as attractive as it is practical. Ideal for a variety of occasions, the new collection from Uniform Wares is available now at the HYPEBEAST Store.
