The Behind-the-Scenes of Yue Wu and Bertrand Grébaut for Fricote's Issue 15

As we continue to see the worlds of food and other segments of culture intertwine, artist Yue Wu and chef and restauranter Bertrand Grébaut link up to create Fricote’s front cover for issue 15. The food and lifestyle magazine welcomes the talents of both respective parties as the behind-the-scenes showcases their efforts in the kitchen and eventually into the photo studio. For Bertrand Grébaut, he’s enjoyed considerable success in a short period of time under several restaurant concepts, including his flagship one Michelin star Septime. Between the two, Grébaut brings a traditional French cuisine flair while Wu’s own hand styles are made apparent through etched work. The day’s events were captured by photographer Matthieu Missiaen. Look for Fricote’s Issue 15 to hit newsstands at select stockists in the near future.
