Tens Sunglasses Work Like Real-Life Instagram Filters

Adding a twist to traditional sunglasses construction is burgeoning eyewear brand Tens, who is in the midst of campaigning a rather novel take on shades. The idea stems from the existing model of sunglasses, which typically use dark tints and desaturated colors to block harmful UV rays. Tens’ glasses offer custom UV400-level eye protection that uses sun warmth to enhance our perception of color. The Edinburgh-based team spent two years’ time perfecting the construction, presently set to offer a “Classic” acetate silhouette in four matte colors with the help of crowdfunding.
