Since its introduction back in 1949, the Modernica-produced fiberglass Case Study chair from celebrated modernist designers Charles and Ray Eames has perfectly embodied the idea of well-designed, mass-produced furniture. Now, The Hundreds has teamed up with the Los Angeles-based manufacturer to produce a “CMYK” rocking edition of the timeless design. Featuring Modernica’s first-ever true black fiberglass shell, the piece sees an injection of color thanks to its cyan wire frame and anchoring magenta and yellow rockers. Look for the collaborative chair to be available in limited quantities for $499 USD on April 29 via The Hundreds’ own online shop.
