Resuming their relationship after a successful release last season, revered Belgian designer Raf Simons and adidas team up again for a new footwear collection. Decidedly bolder and more vibrant than Fall/Winter 2013, this current offering incorporates adidas’s Boost technology into some shapes, elsewhere retooling the ever-classic Stan Smith silhouette and building on the “shoe-in-shoe” concept introduced in earlier seasons. The color palette includes vibrant pinks and yellows, but is also largely based around primary and basic hues underlining the playful, comic book aesthetic Simons sought to establish. With the collection including over 20 unique silhouettes, look for this offering from Raf Simons and adidas to drop at select stockists and the HYPEBEAST Store in the coming weeks, with prices starting around $440 USD.
