Reebok will soon release a special “Hip Hop Appreciation” pack for The Rail. The pack coincides with the release of the brand’s other Black History Month-themed shoes and derives its inspiration from hip-hop artwork of the ’90s. Marked with bright colors and graphics throughout including mustard yellow on the outsole and cherry red laces, this reworked edition of The Rail features a special printed liner, oversized heel pull, and black suede and leather panels for contrast. This rendition is accompanied by the purple and black OG edition of The Rail made famous by former NBA player Glenn “Big Dog” Robinson.
Each colorway is priced at $100 USD. The hip-hop edition is slated to release on February 14, 2014 through select outlets including Sneaker Politics.
