Google’s smartwatch is still in development, but those hoping for the original official release in March might have to wait as far as June as members of the development team at Google believe that the watch will otherwise end up shipping with an incomplete feature set.
While the final prototypes remain on strict lockdown at Google under high security, early versions included a square face, colorful digital display with a gradient background, and a metal band much like the recently released Pebble Steel, though Google’s device will be operated by touchscreen as opposed to Pebble’s physical buttons.
Stay tuned for more developments on the Google smartwatch in the near future. For more on the feature set, check out the original article here.
