Coinciding then with the Olympics in London, both parities unveiled their respected knitted footwear technologies — Primeknit and Flyknit. As we embark on another monumental year with World Cup 2014 in Brazil this summer, adidas and Nike both present their own integration into football boots. Unlike the knitted war of 2012, adidas is first off the start as they recently presented their Samba Primeknit. However, early next month on March 6, the Nike Magista will also drop. A teaser video above highlights (including a surprise Supreme inclusion) a slew of responses from around the world of various high-profile Nike footballers.
