This week Diplo’s record label took their wild and over-the-top block party to the seas for their first annual ‘Mad Decent Boat Party.’ Together with thousands of fans, the artists boarded The Norwegian Cruise Line and embarked on a four-day floating music festival out in the Caribbean. Among those scheduled to perform was Houston rapper-producer Travi$ Scott.
