While the weather on the East Coast might point to a seasonal shift, Adrianne Ho and Sweat The Style presents a short clip to warm both spirit and body. The website recruited none other than flying video aficionados Da Drone Boyz to film Ho alongside her lovely friends (Christina Ionno and Olga Kaboulova) on their workout routine. The trio looks beautiful, to say the least, but is perhaps eclipsed by the marvelousness of a summertime eve in downtown New York City. Enjoy the brief clip above.
