POW! WOW! Hawaii x Flexfit Present POW! WOW! School of Music 2014

Flexfit and the POW! WOW! Hawaii joined forces for the second time to offer POW! WOW! School of Music — a special education initiative for Hawaii’s youth. The program guided the students through the process of making a song, highlighting elements such as composition, vocals, percussion, guitar, ukulele, keyboard, bass, recording, performance. In addition, POW! WOW! School of Music also gave insight into the music business by inviting guest teachers and speakers from local and national musicians, and music industry professionals. As a result, the students were given the opportunity to collaborate with each other and create original music, and performed live at POW! WOW!
