In a recently released “P.S.A.” video, Lil Wayne has revealed two big pieces of news regarding his delayed eleventh studio album, Tha Carter V. First, Tha Carter V will be a two-part project. Wayne apparently has a lot of music he’s worked hard on, so much so that he’s going to need two separate releases to unveil the full project. Second, the release date for the first part of his upcoming double album will be December 9.
