Following yesterday’s official unveiling of Nike’s 2014 Holiday Sneakerboot Collection, today we present our exclusive in-house look at the new Air Max 90 Sneakerboot. Using the iconic Air Max 90 runner as a base, this revamped classic features a bevy of winterized upgrades, whilst maintaining its core aesthetic. Designed with three things in mind – warmth, visibility and dryness – this hybrid sneakerboot features an upper made of various water-resistant and reflective materials, a gusseted tongue, a waffle-patterned rubber outsole for excellent traction, a soft liner, and Air Max units for added cushioning. The Nike Air Max 90 Sneakerboot in velvet brown can be purchased at select retailers, including Nike’s webstore for $180 USD.
