Images of the LeBron James-designed Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph have finally been released. Joining the ranks of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Michael Schumacher and Lionel Messi, James’s name now graces the caseback of his own limited edition watch. At first glance, the watch appears to be a jumble of pieces distracting to the watch as a whole, but once each of the components are broken down, you realize that it all contributes to this statement timepiece. Featuring a 44mm pink gold case, brushed titanium bezel, a mega tapisserie dial with pink gold Arabic style numbers, and a blue second hand, the watch makes good use of material and color to represent James’s powerful playing style. An added touch are the 14 small diamonds set at the top pusher. The watch also comes with both a gray crocodile strap with gold hardware and a gray rubber strap. Powered by the Calibre 3126/3840 movement, the LeBron James AP Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph is limited to 600 pieces and is priced at $51,500 USD.
