Abarth 595 50th Anniversary Edition

Ahead of its official unveiling at next week’s Frankfurt Motor Show, Fiat offers a glimpse of the Abarth 595 50th Anniversary Edition. Owned by the longstanding Italian carmaker since 1971, Abarth is Fiat’s performance brand and its 595 model has long been its finest creation. This celebratory edition is built around a 1.4 liter turbo charged engine that dishes out 180 horsepower through the Abarth Competizione gearbox. Additional performance upgrades include a retuned suspension, fitted 305-millimeter Brembo discs, 17-inch wheels, and a variable back-pressured exhaust. While its exterior features a matte white paint with red racing stripes and retro logos, its inside sees red leather bucket seats with a contrasting white trim. Unfortunately, only 299 models will be released worldwide.
