The Hundreds x CLOT Lookbook

Kendrick Lamar simultaneously exposed and perpetuated worldwide barbershop debates when talking

Kendrick Lamar simultaneously exposed and perpetuated worldwide barbershop debates when talking about ‘kings’ of the coasts. In streetwear, a mere glance at the tags of any Californian will reveal that The Hundreds is a monarch of the North American West Coast, while to the (far) East, CLOT is a reigning presider. Royalty collides in a collaboration between the The Hundreds and CLOT, the lookbook for which was jut released. The two camps decided to make a satirical play on ’80s American aesthetics, fusing it with symbols of Chinese culture – red stars, lotus flowers, and even dim sum. The result is a bright, often humorous collection that nicely celebrates two interdependent powers. Enjoy the lookbook above, and be sure to peep The Hundreds x CLOT collection when it releases at worldwide Hundreds locations; Overkill in Berlin; Juice locations in China, and our own HYPEBEAST Store on August 30.
