Tetsu Nishiyama on the WTAPS x Vans Vault 2013 Fall Collection

Vans Vault and Tetsu Nishiyama, founder of Japanese military-spec garment house WTAPS, give us another quick glance into the WTAPS x Vans Vault collection for Fall 2013. In the video, Tetsu mentions his decision for color and material, drawing inspiration from tradition while keeping contemporary wearability in mind. Elegance in fabric and solid creative direction make this collection an honorable addition to the extensive, now 10-year-strong Vans Vault archive. The campaign began with the Firmament Recruitment Center in Berlin, continued with a closer look at the Chukkas, Sk8-His and Slip-Ons, and will finally release at all WTAPS retailers this August.
