Hoping to reposition itself against the ubiquitous world of digital photography, Fujifilm gives its instax line of instant film cameras a makeover with the unveiling of the mini90. As its predecessors sported a more colorful, youthful design, the mini90 goes retro with an appearance that resembles Fujifilm’s popular line of X-series mirrorless cameras. It’s rumored that the device will feature 10-second exposures, multiple exposure types and shutter speed of up to 1/400 of a second. With a suggested retail price of about ¥20,000 JPY (approximately $205 USD), there is little word on whether the mini90 will hit the American market on its September 20 release date.
