Nike Goes Classic with Black Football Boots

Football pitches have been dominated by brightly colored boots for the last few years now. Spearheading this movement was Nike, which brought fluorescent hues to the pitch with the launch of the Mercurial Vapor. Now Nike is going back to basics with predominantly black colorways of its signature boots. Nike’s Mercurial Vapor IX, CTR360 Maestri III, Tiempo Legend IV, and the brand new Hypervenom have all been given new black colorways with subtle, colored accents. We’re partial to the Mercurial Vapor IX but really, you can’t go wrong with any of these.
