Linde Werdelin Oktopus II Double Date Titanium Red
Linde Werdelin introduces its Oktopus II Double Date in a bold new Titanium Red color scheme
Linde Werdelin introduces its Oktopus II Double Date in a bold new Titanium Red color scheme for the summer solstice. Limited to only 88 pieces, the Oktopus II Double Date in Titanium Red features a five-part case construction for maximum water resistance and is extremely resilient to corrosion due to its use of titanium and ceramic material. Powered by a Linde Werdelin LW04 customized Dubois Depraz calibre 14580, the watch’s dial is built in two layers, with the first layer made with a circular Cote de Genève and the upper layer made using a laser-cut stencil technique – the two laser-cut wheels at the eleven and one o’clock position are powered by the big calendar complication. Details include a rough satin finish, a robust crown with octopus logo engraving, superluminova indexes, 2.5 mm AR sapphire crystal, Morten Linde’s iconic octopus drawing at the back of the case, and a bespoke high-end rubber strap that is interchangeable within Linde Werdelin’s proprietary strap system. Set for a July 4 release, the Linde Werdelin Oktopus II Double Date Titanium Red will retail for a price of $10,700 USD.
