There’s something nostalgic about a simple pair of Chuck Taylor’s acting as a blank canvas for your summer adventures. With each scuff, tear, fade, stain or grime, your Chucks become an artistic rendition to where you’ve been and what you’ve done. With plenty of warm weather left before Jackie Frost settles in, Converse brings two new summery colorways – Heritage Blue and True Navy – to its First String 1970s Chuck Taylor model. Sporting an “OG” silhouette, this version features subtle changes to the Chuck Taylor model we know today. Differences include a slightly higher rubber foxing along its sole, additional cushioning, a tougher toe box, contrasting stitching, and the brand’s original heel tag. Both iterations presented above are available through HAVEN’s web store as well as its Edmonton and Toronto locations.
