Kanye West Puts Justin Vernon & Chief Keef on Same Song, Confirms TNGHT & Rick Rubin on 'Yeezus'

Kanye West held a listening session for Yeezus at Milk in New York tonight for a select audience that included media, friends, and some fans. The album has ten songs and was “executive produced” by Rick Rubin as previously reported. One of the album records that have been played, titled “Hold My Liquor,” almost didn’t make the final cut. The song came right after “New Slaves” and features one of the arguably most unusual collaborations in recent times – Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon and Chief Keef. Kanye further confirmed that Daft Punk worked on three or four songs, shared a track that flipped TNGHT‘s “Higher Ground” with the Billie Holiday classic “Strange Fruit.”
