Clothsurgeon 2013 Spring/Summer Collection

Founded by Ravi Matharu, formerly of House of Billiams, Clothsurgeon is a unique company that puts out full collections each season while at the same time, crafting bespoke garments for its clientele. Blurring the boundary between streetwear and high-end fashion, Clothsurgeon reworks classic streetwear staples with luxury materials — breathing new life into all-too-familiar garments. For Spring/Summer 2013, the label looked to David Roberts’ book Shantaram — a novel based on the author’s experiences in India after fleeing prison in Australia — for inspiration. Drawing from the rich characters and scenes of the book, the spring/summer collection features double-riders jackets, crewneck sweater, cuffed pants, shorts and varsity jackets that incorporate materials as diverse as leather, wool tartan and silk. Look for select pieces from the collection in our store now.
