Mark McNairy’s steez shows no bounds, which may be why he is revered as one of the selected few designers representing the resurgence of men’s style into the 21st century. Although his personal wardrobe is up and down from prep to thug, there’s two things that always remain constant within his attire – a middle finger to the authorities and a pair of gentlemanly-appropriate bifocals. A collector of vintage eyewear himself, McNairy aligns with Garrett Leight California Optical, GLCO, to offer a collection of sunglasses that channels some of the more popular designs of the last hundred years. Made by the hand of skilled artisans in Japan and America, the collaborative collection features three heritage-inspired models: a stainless steel wired frame with circular lenses, another stainless steel model with a semi-rimless eye, and a pair made with cured cellulose acetate.
