Fashion designer Rick Owens‘ directional and often dark clothing has undoubtedly left its mark on the industry since the label’s inception in 1994. Specifically, in recent years menswear has clearly taken a turn in his direction, towards a more streamlined and relaxed aesthetic. Now the designer reveals a much more personal side by allowing Lynn Yaeger and a photographer into his Paris home. From the photos it’s clear the Owens’ home is everything you’d expect from the designer. Dark, avant-garde furniture dominates the hyper-industrial space. The open floor is separated only by occasional monoliths that are often flanked by more artwork and furniture.
