Here’s the first official trailer to Alex Gibney’s new documentary We Steal Secrets: The Story of WikiLeaks, a comprehensive film on the controversial platform ran by Julian Assange - Australian editor, journalist and activist. Having made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, the film received positive reviews among its share of animosity and skepticism - inevitable considering the ever-elusive topic at stake. The Oscar-winning director does a superb job at structuring the layer-heavy narrative, joining dots between the political website, the unveiling of top-secret military news by a certain solider, and above all raising the question on weather certain information should, or needs to be shared with the public.
