Inspired by the classic Sk8-Hi, Vans and its California line have created the Sk8-Hi Binding CA for Spring 2013. Taking the silhouette of the original high-top and deconstructing it by stripping all padding and excess materials, Vans reinforced the kicks with a simple binding for a clean all-canvas aesthetic. Completed with rope laces, metal eyelets, and intricate stitch detailing to retrace the Jazz Stripe and ribbed collar, the Vans California Sk8-Hi Binding CA is due for an official drop this March in Dress Blues, Marshmallow and Red colorways.
