Richard Chai Love 2013 Fall/Winter Collection

American fashion designer Richard Chai, formerly behind Marc by Marc Jacobs, presents his Love collection for 2013 fall/winter. Characterized by bold and confident menswear, the items for the most part add weight sparingly to the shape and opt for long-and-low streamlined fits. The palette features a lot of subdued tones, but not without a bit of luster. Contrasting with tweed suits and coast are shiny gunmetal grey trench coats and check tunics. Certainly a standout item is the charcoal double-breasted suit layered over a tonal check button-down and complemented by the Richard Chai x Palladium boots which accompanied each look the designer sent down the runway.
