Originally worn by Seattle Supersonics great Shawn Kemp in the 1995-1996 NBA season, the Reebok Kamikaze II Mid has already made a comeback for 2013 in a slew of OG colorways like White/Black/Rivet Green, Black/Red and Black/White. Now, Reebok is set to re-release the Navy/White version of the classic. Worn by “The Reign Man” in the 1996 NBA Finals against Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Dennis Rodman, and the eventual champion Chicago Bulls, the kicks couple perforated navy nubuck with smooth white leather and feature the silhouette’s signature lightning-esque pattern alongside Hexalite cushioning in both the heel and forefoot. Retailing for $100 USD, the Navy/White colorway of the Reebok Classics Kamikaze II Mid OG is set to drop at select retailers on February 15.
