ISAORA Artist Auction Benefits Waves 4 Water

ISAORA makes clothes that are engineered to protect from the elements, yet sometimes Mother Nature overwhelms even the most prepared. In a fittingly gracious move, the New York City-based brand is holding an auction to benefit Waves 4 Water, a foundation providing continuing assistance to those affected by Hurricane Sandy. ISAORA gave 13 artists its ‘Riding Shell’ as a canvas, asking each person to customize the shell as they saw fit. Now, the conscious outdoor brand is auctioning the customized shells on eBay. Featuring work from Craig Redman, KATSU, Hisham Akira Bharoocha and more, these one-of-a-kind jackets are as beautiful as they are socially helpful. The auction listings can be found here, and with the recent cold front hitting the East Coast, there seems only an obvious choice for that new winter jacket.
