Hauschka – Who Will Hold Me

Grammy-winning American violinist Hilary Hahn and Düsseldorf-born piano composer Hauschka recently took some time out of their busy U.S. tour schedule to put together a three-part performance series. Under the direction of Greg Hunt, we are treated to a short film that intrigues its audience with mystery before patiently building up to the start of the performance which features a modified piano played by the adept hands of Hauschka himself – the star of the video. The film was realized by Room 205, a collaborative project that joins visiting musicians with a variety of filmmakers, set designers and engineers.
