Fresh Off The Boat With Eddie Huang: Miami (Trailer)

For Eddie Huang, the past week has been a good one to say the least. On Tuesday, January 29, his first book, a memoir titled Fresh Off The Boatlanded on bookshelves across the United States. Later in the week, Huang made appearances on MSNBC’s daytime show Alex Wagner alongside former nemesis and food critic Sam Sifton. Other notable entries to Eddie’s week include reviews of his memoir in both Rolling Stone and The New York Times. But given Eddie’s uncompromising work ethic, this week he is right back at it, offering up new clips from his hit online show, also titled Fresh Off The Boat. In the brief trailer above, Eddie not only meets with local Miami fisherman and cooks but also spends a day on the legendary Bang Bus. Ultimately, It’s evident Eddie has no intentions of easing up on his controversial tendencies even as he becomes a household name.
