adidas Skateboarding makes yet another case for their share of the skate market, having documented Silas Baxter-Neal and friends in Tokyo for their latest clip. The video was filmed in promotion of Silas’ new apparel collection with adidas, though skate-specific marketing is rarely as transparent as in other niches. Admittedly however, the collection is far beyond the aesthetics of other big name offerings. The 2008 Thrasher Skater of the Year weaves elegantly through a nighttime urban landscape, throwing nollie 360 flips casually in front of bluntslides, and a particular back smith onto a frail-looking panel.
