With the release of its new Stance Fusion line, Stance – formerly known for raising sock awareness across a generation of skateboarders – now taps into the basketball market. The move makes sense in a cultural context that now has a taste for ostentatious footwear, and the California brand is poised to take full advantage. The most notable technical advance here is Trinity Technology which combines added traction at the sole, supportive compression at the inner arch, and moisture-wicking fabrics to make a piece that is as stylish as it is functional.
