Burn Rubber x New Balance 577 "Joe Louis"

Burn Rubber and New Balance have come together to produce a special take on the New Balance 577 inspired by Detroit’s rich history of world-class boxers, and Joe Louis in particular. For this collaboration, Detroit’s Burn Rubber has given the humble 577 silhouette a premium makeover featuring a black, brown and white upper composed of fine leather, and an off-white midsole coupled with a gum outsole underneath. Special packaging inspired by Joe Louis’s childhood habit of hiding his boxing gloves in his violan case completes the collaboration. The Burn Rubber x New Balance 577 will be launching online at Burn Rubber’s web store starting November 16 at 12 a.m. EST.
