The Mast Brothers are experts in chocolate from all around the world. Rick and Michael themselves hail from Brooklyn where their headquarters is currently set, while the company’s catalog of flavors has sources in such exotic regions as Belize, Dominican Republic, Madagascar and Papua New Guinea. Placing power in the hands of the reader, Mast Brothers’ latest project arrives in the form of a cookbook that reveals a plethora of chocolate-powered cookies, brownies and more from chefs including Thomas Keller, Dan Barber and Daniel Humm. The teaser video for the forthcoming “Family Cookbook” explains their approach step-by-step with appearances from Adrian Grenier, Reggie Watts, and of course the Mast Brothers crew.
