Future Suing Drake for $1.5 Million for Kicking Him Off His Tour
Things just got real, as Page Six is reporting that Future is taking Drake to court for $1.5
Things just got real, as Page Six is reporting that Future is taking Drake to court for $1.5 million for lost wages. This comes as a result after Drake demanded Future to be removed from the upcoming 39-city ‘Would You Like A Tour?‘ event. This all stems from a recent interview Future had with Billboard in which the rapper made some remarks on Drake’s Nothing Was The Same album and said the following:
“Drake made an album that is full of hits but it doesn’t grab you. They’re not possessive; they don’t make you feel the way I do. I want to make you want to fall in love.”
Drake apparently didn’t take those words lightly as following that statement, Future has been allegedly removed off the tour, causing his managers to contact Billboard arguing that he was misquoted. The statement has since been removed from the article. Meanwhile, Future was due to receive $40,000 per show, but got the boot over the weekend and is now seeking for a solution via court.
